Commission Info

Full Body Character: $90 usd

A full body, flat colored drawing of your character of preference, can be fanart or an OC.Extra characters result in a fee between 50% to 100% of the original price depending on complexity. (could be a variation of the same character, for example)

Full Illustration: $250 usd

A fully rendered illustration of your character of preference, can be fanart or an OC.
Limited to only one character per piece, background must be not too complex or detailed.

Animated Loop: $300 usd

An animated piece of your character of preference.
1 second long, super clean rough with flat colors, limited to one character.
Shading will be an extra fee of $100 usd.

🍊 If the total amount of the order is over $600 usd, you can pay half upfront and half at delivery.🍊 We will ask for reference pictures, however we can also help you design a character from scratch! This will result in an extra fee of 50% of the original price.🍊 If you need a commission done within a specific timeframe it will result in an extra fee of 50% of the original price.🍊 You may ask up to three minor changes, after that any changes will be an extra $50 usd fee.🍊 If you want your commission to be private, meaning you would rather not have us post it in social media it will result in an extra fee of 20% of the original price (keeping our gallery updated helps us grow!)

Terms of Service

You must read, understand and accept the following before commissioning us.
By sending payment, you are agreeing with all of the following terms.Any violation will result in blacklisting from future business.

1. General Terms

🍊 You must be over 18 years old to place an order.🍊 Commissions are not first come first serve, if you don’t give us feedback soon we will move onto other requests in the queue to make the most of our time.🍊 When providing descriptions and references, please include details that will be relevant to the piece, be brief.🍊 If there’s minimal input from you (such as keywords, themes, phrases, etc) or if you directly give us free reign over the artwork, we are free to explore the concept and design of the commission. In this scenario there will be minimal to no feedback instances.🍊 By commissioning us you are agreeing to the artwork being done in our style, we will not adapt to another artist’s style (unless it’s an established IP).🍊 Rude and/or inappropiate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in cancellation of your request.🍊 We reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.🍊 The artwork can’t be used for any NFT/crypto related business.🍊 Cryptocurrencies are not a valid payment method.

2. Payment

🍊 Commissions must be paid upfront, once this is done it will be queued.
If the total amount is over $600 usd, we can take half upfront and the remaining half at delivery. Commission won’t be delivered until the remaining half is paid.🍊 We accept payment in USD through PayPal.🍊 If the client fails to respond a week after the invoice was sent, they forfeit their queue slot.

3. Process

🍊 The order will be queued only after we get payment notification.🍊 You must provide references, otherwise it will be considered a character design project and an extra fee will be charged.🍊 You may provide a general prompt to guide the posing/feeling of the artwork, or even a brief description of the character’s personality.🍊 We will send a WIP of the initial sketch for approval.🍊 Once the piece is finished and you give us final approval, we will send you the high-res PNG(s).🍊 Once approval has been given the order is considered complete.

4. Artwork Delivery Times

Times may vary depending on the workload we have and the complexity of the commissions, we will give an estimate based on the request form you sent.Delays may occur due to one or more factors, including but not limited to:🍊 Order in queue
🍊 Complexity
🍊 Emergencies
🍊 Sick days, holidays, break days, weekends.In any of these cases we will make sure to let you know via your prefered communication method and twitter updates.

5. Feedback and Changes

🍊 For large orders you will receive WIPs for each stage.🍊 You may ask for 3 minor changes once the piece is finished, any additional changes will result in a fee of $50 usd🍊 If you suddenly decide you are not satisfied with the artwork, it is not our responsibility as you were given enough feedback opportunities.

6. Refunds

🍊 If you must cancel a commission at any time please let us know as soon as possible.🍊 We have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, you will be issued a full refund if we cancel it before starting.🍊 Tips are not included in consideration for both refunds and upcharges and thus are non-refundable.🍊 If your commission is finished, a refund cannot be issued.🍊 Refunds are issued within 90 days.🍊 Chargebacks of any type will result in a permanent block from all future services.🍊 If you cancel your order after a substancial amount of work has been done, you will be given a refund proportionate to the amount of work that hasn’t been done yet and the artwork will be delivered at it’s current stage.

7. Usage Legal Rights

Artist legal usage rights:🍊 We retain full copyright to the artworks created unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.🍊 We retain the right to use commissions in our portfolio, marketing and on social media.🍊 We retain the right to use commissioned pieces in paid tiers on Patreon, and in merch such as prints/stickers/zines (if it’s fanart).Client usage rights:🍊 The client has the right to distribute the commissioned artwork in digital form (such as social media/online galleries) for non-profit personal use only, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.🍊 The client may create merchandise with their commissioned artwork for personal use only.🍊 Where and if possible, the client should credit the artists when sharing the artwork.🍊 The client may not trace, edit, sell, or claim credit for the artwork.🍊 The client may not remove the artists’ watermark/signature.🍊 the client may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use, in digital or physical format.🍊 If the client wishes to use the commissioned artwork for commercial/profit purposes, they will need to purchase the rights to the artwork.🍊 The client understands that commissions are priced at a competitive rate for private use, and that commercially commissioned artwork means higher rates to compensate the artists.
